In the spirit of Paul's life of service, you are invited to honor him by giving to a scholarship fund blessing young people in future years. An endowed scholarship honoring him has been established at Whitworth University, Paul's alma mater and NCPC’s mission partner in Christian Education. Cards may be picked up in the Narthex. Kathy and I would like to express our great joy and thanks to all of you for the wonderful Retirement events of last weekend. The laughter, fellowship with old and on-going friends, spiritual foundation and sheer joy of the weekend continues to be greatly appreciated. Your gifts are all so wonderful and knowing that a scholarship fund will be
operative for decades to come providing solid Christian vocational training at Whitworth University is beyond anything dreams might ever imagine. I find few words to adequately express this deep gratitude, but no words to communicate what a joy it has been for me to be your pastor through the endless milestones of faith and life here at North Creek. We will always be united in the bond of love that is Jesus Christ. And so I bid you a very fond farewell, knowing that all our days are in His hands and that Jesus is the Lord of every next adventure. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
